Thanks to a prepared personal trainer, there are many types of exercises, all according to your specific needs.


In your home

Not having time to go to the gym is no longer an excuse! You don’t even have to go outside, waste your time in traffic, drive under bad weather conditions, or look after your kids, because I can come train you in your home. You do not have a big space? We don’t need them! Just a few feet squared are sufficient to practice with bodyweight exercises. I will bring the equipment, you do not have to buy them.



For those people who love staying out in the open air during a great sunny day, we can arrange workout lessons in parks or similar places. Additionally, I will bring equipment according to your needs (ropes, kettlebell, medicine balls, mats …)


On line

Do you not want to take the car to go to the gym? Are you scared to leave the kids home alone? When you have time to train yourself, maybe the gym is closed or the lessons that you want aren’t offered? Do you feel uncomfortable training with other people?
If you want to be fit, don’t worry, I have the answer for you. You need a laptop with a webcam, a little place where you can move freely, a good Wi-Fi sign and the setup is done. With Skype, we can practice at your most convenient time but above all, where YOU want (at home, in the office during your meal pause, on vacations on seaside…). Thanks to my technical tips, you will always be correct in the positions and skills you will do.
